Just make sure you have all the right safety equipment Buck. My roommate got a ticket a couple weeks ago for missing a couple things by the Game Warden.

When I go fishing, this is my check list
1) fishing license, check
2) fishing poles, check
3) 6 pk of beer, check
4) tackle box, check
5) another 6 pk of beer, check
6) boat, check
7) another 6pk of beer, check
trolling motor, check
9) another 6pk of beer, check
10) insect repellent, check
11) trolling motor battery, check
12) a bag of chips, check
Now I am ready to go fishing.
